Sony Music Entertainment let go about 25 staffers in the U.S. today, mainly from the sales and business affairs area, sources told Billboard.biz.
Among those let go, according to sources, were Larry Kanusher, senior VP of business and legal affairs for global digital business; Tom Glaser, VP of sales and marketing research; and Linda Ury Greenberg, VP of consumer research.
Further cutbacks are expected at the company in the coming days, sources said.
