How much does Billboard's Digital Guides cost?
The Billboard Digital Guides will consist of several guides, each with its own price.

What information does each of these guides contain?
Each guide is specific to a particular area of the music industry. They cover thousands of companies and personel throughout the world
Available now are: the International Buyer's Guide, the definitive reference source for music industry information, and The International Talent & Touring Guide, covering all aspects of the talent and touring industry.

How do you research this information?
Each listing is sent a questionnaire annually to update inaccurate or obsolete information, as well as provide information on new developments within their corporation. Non-respondents are followed up with additional mailings and teleresearch. Editors also monitor daily our own resources at Billboard Magazine, as well as third party resources. Every effort possible is made to keep the data current and reflective of trends in the various industries.
What is the benefit to having this information online?
In addition to our annual research cycle, the editors are constantly monitoring developments within the music industry. These changes are updated to our database as soon as they are identified and confirmed. The data contained on the web site is refreshed every week from this live database. So, in addition to the unlimited access you get to the data, you can be confident that you are getting the most current information available.
Can I download information to my hard drive?
Every time you search one of the guides you will be presented with a list of "hits" or "matches", those companies or personnel that contain the criteria of your search. You may chose to look at the complete details of each. Additionally, you may flag each company or person for download to a file on your hard drive. You have the option of downloading mailing list information which will include the personnel contact name and title (if your search has included criteria for personnel), company name, address, city, state, zip, and country. You may also print out any document which you have displayed on your screen.
We have also provided you with a means to download the entire results of your search without having to select individual records from the Hit List. At the bottom of any page where you enter search criteria is a "Download results as mailing list" button. When you click on this instead of Search, you will go immediately to the Download page. The Download page will report how many total records are to be downloaded, but will provide no specific details.
Is there any limit to the amount of names and addresses I download?
You may search as often as you wish, view as many documents as you wish and download as many names and addresses as you wish.
Does the guide list non-US firms?
Yes.
Why can't I find a particular company?
You may be entering criteria that are too specific. You are more likely to find specific companies if you enter a truncated version of their corporate name. For instance, you will certainly get more matches searching for "Epic" instead of "Epic Records Group"
How can I get my company listed?
If you feel your company should be listed in one of our guides, then fill out the New Company Listing Form. Listings in any of our guides are free.
How do I change my account information?
After logging in, select "Update Account Information" from the navigation bar. After verifying your User
ID and Password, you will be able to view your account information and make changes.
