Daniels Joins Sheppard Mullin

Philip Daniels has joined the Century City, Calif., office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton as a member of the firm's entertainment & media transactional practice group.
Daniels represents clients in the fields of music, new media and technology. He has negotiated deals with Yahoo!, MSN, Bebo, Daily Motion and MySpace for the distribution of content as well as a number of technology infrastructure agreements.
Daniels was previously with Beverly Hills-based Goldring, Hertz & Lichtenstein. He began his legal career in London in 1996. While in the Untied Kingdom, he practiced with a number of firms including Lee & Thompson, where he represented international entertainment and technology clients.
Sheppard Mullin has 40 attorneys based in its Century City office. The entertainment and media practice group includes more than 55 attorneys firmwide
