Gavin Named COO Of BMG Label Group

Ivan Gavin has been appointed COO of the BMG Label Group, according to sources. Gavin will be based in New York and report to Barry Weiss, chairman/CEO of the BMG Label Group.
Most recently, Gavin was COO of EMI Recorded Music North America and previously held the role of executive VP of finance and commercial operations for the Zomba Label Group N.A., for more than a decade.
