Nettwerk Music Group has licensed its music video catalog to a service that lets fans view them on mobile phone for free. The Canadian label struck a deal with Mywaves to bring Nettwerk acts such as Barenaked Ladies, Jars of Clay and Avril Lavigne to all mobile phones, regardless of carrier.

Each artist now has a "SND2MBL" (send to mobile) link embedded in the music videos posted on their respective Web sites. Fans simply select the link and enter in their phone number and carrier to have it sent to their phone-assuming it's video-capable of course.
