Napster's third quarter earnings report showed an increase in revenues, but declining subscribers.

The company claims 750,000 subscribers, which is 20,000 lower than reported for the third quarter of last year. Revenues, however, have increased to $31.6 million from $25.4 million last year, almost a 25% increase. Net loss narrowed to $5.1 million from $9 million last year.
