Just days after reaching an agreement with Universal Music Group, XM Satellite Radio has reached a similar settlement with Warner Music Group with regards to the Inno portable satellite receiver.

Under the deal, WMG will withdraw from the lawsuit, but specific details of the deal were not disclosed. Like the UMG settlement, the deal covers both the Inno and future devices that contain "advanced recording functionality."

XM will continue negotiations with the other major labels involved in the lawsuit to reach a similar settlement.
