British dance music specialist Ministry of Sound has tweaked its executive structure.

David Dollimore has been promoted from senior A&R manager to head of A&R, while Iain Hagger has been elevated from marketing director to GM of Ministry of Sound Recordings.

"I am thrilled to promote Dave and Iain to these roles," comments MoS group managing director Lohan Presencer in a statement. "They have been with the company for many years and have made a major contribution to our continued success, both in terms of the fantastic repertoire we continue to develop and sign and the superb execution of our marketing campaigns and videos"

Meanwhile, Victoria Davies has been recruited from radio group GCAP Media in the role of head of legal and business affairs, and Rudy Tambala joins the firm from Virgin Retail in the post as head of Internet.

In separate news, MoS has launched a branded channel on global Internet TV network Babelgum.

The Ministry of Sound TV (MoSTV) channel features more than 500 dance music videos, artist interviews, and footage from the most recent Ibiza season and summer festivals.
