U.K. company Omnifone is expected to announce a mobile phone that includes unlimited music downloads, according to London's Sunday Times.

Omnifone reportedly has deals with all the major labels for its MusicStation download service. Announcement is expected at this week's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
