Mobile entertainment service provider mSpot has introduced a music player for mobile phones that allows users to access and play music stored on their home computer via their mobile devices.

The Remix product essentially streams music stored in a home computer over the Internet which Web-enabled phones can then access. Users will need to install the Remix product on both their home computers and mobile devices to use the functionality.

Similar products include Orb Networks MyCasting service and Sling Media's SlingPlayer Mobile.
