-Nokia?s manager of entertainment and communities in the U.S., Trevor Madigan, tells MocoNews that early Comes With Music results shows the service is proving popular with mothers tired of giving their kids music allowances.

-Mobile content provider Mobile Streams is expanding its music distribution agreement with Microsoft-owned Musiwave to markets beyond the UK, including Italy, Spain, France and others.

-Internet entertainment TV station ManiaTV is launching a new music show called "Making the Music" in which producer Scoop Deville previews tracks online which viewers then get to vote and comment on. Completed songs are uploaded onto iTunes, and ManiaTV gets a cut of all sales.
