MySpace To Flip Switch On Redesign

June 13, 2008

By By Antony Bruno, Denver

MySpace says it will undergo a major site redesign beginning next week, including a new splash page, search functions, profile editor and overall site navigation.

Although the much-heralded MySpace Music service will not go live as part of the June 18 redesign, many new functions built into the new MySpace look as the pending service in mind. For instance, the search tool will feature several tabs to filter results, of which music is one.

Additional redesign element will be added throughout the summer, which likely will include more details of the music service.
