BMI president and CEO Del Bryant has been named chairperson of the FastTrack board of directors, succeeding outgoing chair Prof. Dr. J?rgen Becker of the German Collecting Society GEMA.

In addition, SABAM's Christophe Depreter, who will officially be named as director general of the Belgian society on July 1, was named vice-chair of FastTrack, and succeeds SOCAN's (Canada) chief executive Andr? LeBel.

FastTrack SAS is a global technical alliance comprised of 12 European and American copyright organizations that was created to build a global, decentralized network that allows its alliance members to share and manage copyright data for musical and audio-visual works, and to streamline internal operations.
