TicketNetwork, a site that provides technology to help power secondary-market ticket brokers, has launched an online mechanism that enables venues to report mislabeled events, ticket printing errors, lost tickets and double-sold tickets.

"This self-regulating process will eliminate incorrect, confusing or ambiguous event listings, ticket information or other inaccurate data anywhere within our systems," says Don Vaccaro, CEO, TicketNetwork, in a statement.

Representatives from venues, event producers and primary ticket companies that use TicketNetwork solutions can report errors in issuing tickets or in any event listing by going to the TicketNetwork home page and filling out a reporting form.
