Digital Briefs: Slacker, WeMix, Soulja Boy

- Portable personalized Internet radio service Slacker and Internet radio ad network TargetSpot have teamed up on a targeted advertising platform. Under the deal, TargetSpot will sell ads into the Slacker Internet radio stream.

- Ludacris' user-generated music site WeMix teamed up with Phonezoo to let members create and sell ringtones on the site.

- Soulja Boy Tell 'Em is developing as as-yet unnamed videogame, due to be released for the Xbox 360 sometime next year.
