By By Antony Bruno, Denver

Mobile phone manufacturer Nokia unveiled an online music store in Germany, its second such effort in Europe following its first in the UK last November.

The service, branded under the Ovi name given to Nokia's broader Web and mobile services initiative, charges ?1 ($1.52) per track.

The company says it has plans to launch additional services across Europe -- including France, Italy, and Spain-as well as in Australia and Singapore by the middle of the year.
