IDJ Names Lehmann VP Of Mobile

Mark Lehmann has been appointed to VP of Web and mobile marketing for Island Def Jam Music Group (IDJMG). Lehmann is based in New York and will report directly to Christian Jorg, senior VP of new media and commerce at IDJMG.
In this newly created position, Lehmann will oversee customer experience on
all IDJ Web properties, mobile sites and new media. His first task will be the launch of the new Island Def Jam Web site, which combines Defjam.com, Islandrecords.com, RocaFella.com and others.
Most recently, Lehmann worked with mobile entertainment company Flycell, Inc. as VP of Web marketing. During his time there, which began in 2005, Lehmann oversaw the launch of IDJ's mobile subscription service. He has also enjoyed stints at Macromedia, Register.com and DoubleClick.
