-ATT’s Blue Room has won exclusive rights to webcast select performances from the Bonnaroo Music And Arts Festival June 13-15. Artists to be featured include Metallica, the Raconteurs, Les Claypool, Ozomatli and several others. The site will also archive the performances for a limited time.
-EMI Music Group settled its lawsuit against XM Satellite Radio over the company’s Inno digital music receiver. The Inno allows users to save individual songs from the satellite feed, and add them to playlists stored on the device. EMI is the last of the major labels to withdraw from the lawsuit.
-The Last.fm music service is now available via the Squeezebox networked music system, allowing owners to stream Last.fm stations directly from the Internet.
