The Drive-By Truckers will begin a 23-date co-headlining tour with the Hold Steady on Oct. 30 in Louisville, Ky. The bands will alternate who closes the shows throughout the tour, which is being billed as the "Rock and Roll Means Well" tour. A pre-sale begins Tuesday, Aug. 19, and the public on-sale starts Friday, Aug. 22.
