Pandiscia Upped At EMI

Dominic Pandiscia, formerly senior VP of sales at the Capitol Music Group, has been named the senior VP/GM of EMI Global Music Services with the EMI Commercial Development Group.
In his new role, Pandiscia will assume sales and profitability responsibilities for growing EMI's third-party label and artist distribution deals in the U.S. as well as becoming the global point man in coordinating sales and marketing services for third-party deals with EMI's international territories.
Pandiscia, who joined EMI in 1989 and held a number of jobs at various companies within the organization, will report to EMI Commercial Development president Ronn Were, with a secondary reporting line to North America president Colin Finkelstein.
