Diane Warren Moves Songs To Sony/ATV
September 26, 2007 - Publishing

WARREN
By Susan Butler, N.Y.

Diane Warren has moved administration of her entire back catalog from EMI Music Publishing to Sony/ATV Music Publishing for all territories except the United States and Canada. Several sources tell Billboard.biz that Warren decided to follow publishing executive Marty Bandier to Sony/ATV after he left his post at EMI earlier this year.

Warren's "Do You Feel Me," performed by Anthony Hamilton, will be part of Ridley Scott's highly anticipated film "American Gangster" set for release in November. The track is among nearly 100 songs by Warren that have been featured in motion pictures, including the Grammy-winning "Because You Love Me" recorded by Celine Dion for the film "Up Close & Personal."

Warren's songs have been recorded by a who's who of artists, including Aerosmith, Elton John, Tina Turner, Barbra Streisand, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Pet Shop Boys.

Warren's company administers her publishing rights in the United States and Canada.
