Bug Music Publishing has signed Scott Weiland to a publishing agreement for his share of the Stone Temple Pilots catalog as well as songs from future solo projects. The agreement also includes funding for Weiland to pursue the development of creative projects and writers, for Bug Music, under his Softdrive moniker.
"I believe that Stone Temple Pilots' catalog has really stood the test of time, and that the band and their songs sound as good today as they ever have," said Bug Music senior VP of creative services Eddie Gomez. "We are very proud to be working with Scott and representing his interest in the STP catalogue."
