Industry Vet Sigworth Onboard With George Harrison Estate December 01, 2009

Longtime film/music/video industry veteran Sig Sigworth has exited Liberation Entertainment and entered a consulting relationship with the George Harrison Estate, Olivia Harrison and Harrisongs for the group’s forthcoming slate of projects.
Sigworth will focus on film, music, books, merchandise and digital projects and will also serve as a global marketing advisor.
A Martin Scorsese-directed George Harrison documentary is now in production and various projects including Harrison’s Dark Horse Records catalog are in the works, according to a statement.
Prior to Liberation, Sigworth held senior posts at Rhino Entertainment, Virgin Records and I.R.S. Records.
