New Tunes For 'Rock Band' Series

Harmonix, the MTV Networks subsidiary behind the "Rock Band" videogame franchise, is releasing an expansion pack of new songs for the original game and the recently launched "Rock Band 2" in time for the holiday sales cycle.
This is the second expansion pack the company has released. It includes 20 master track recordings from such acts as Blondie, Motley Crue, and Smashing Pumpkins for $30. While the original Track Pack expansion pack brought new songs to the PlayStation2 and Wii consoles only, this second release is also compatible with the PlayStation3 and Xbox 360 systems. All songs have been available individually as downloadable content as well.
