- Buzznet confirms it is laying off around 10 employees, about an 11% cut. Universal Music Group is an investor in the social media site, which recently acquired music blogs Idolator and Stereogum.
- Imeem added a mobile advertising service for its Android phone app. Kia Motors America will be the first brand taking advantage.
- Lisa Loeb is selling her new acoustic album on the LimeWire store as an exclusive offer.
