Sony/ATV Inks Flo Rida

Sony/ATV Music Publishing has signed a worldwide co-publishing agreement with Flo Rida. The deal includes the songwriter-artist's hit single "Low" featuring T-Pain as well as his interest in songs on the upcoming debut album "Mail On Sunday" (Altantic).
"Low" is expected to be featured in the upcoming film "Step Up 2 the Streets" (Touchstone Pictures), which opens in February. It is also part of the Atlantic movie soundtrack album.
Former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker posted his own heavy metal remix of "Low" on YouTube, featuring a drum track from Barker. The video has logged close to 700,000 views since it was posted in mid-January.
The deal was announced today by chairman/CEO Martin Bandier.
