Former Bosstones Guitarist Named VP at Uni Republic

Nate Albert will step up to the position of VP of A&R for Universal Republic Records. In his new position, he will be based in New York and report to senior VP of A&R Tom Mackay.
Albert - who was a founding member, guitarist and songwriter for '80s and '90s ska band The Mighty Mighty Bosstones - served as a producer on albums for the Street Dogs and the Explosion and has been an artist manager and A&R consultant. He previously has been a consultant at Universal Republic.
