Rogers Named Yahoo! Music GM

Ian Rogers has been named GM of Yahoo! Music. He replaces outgoing co-GMs David Goldberg and Robert Roback who announced their resignations earlier in February. Rogers reports to Vince Broady, head of entertainment for Yahoo!
Rogers came to Yahoo! in 2003 after the online portal acquired Mediacode, a Santa Cruz-based media software firm. He has been working as a product manager for the music group, overseeing Yahoo! Music as the Yahoo! Music Unlimited digital music service. He was most recently vp of product development for Yahoo! Music.
