Primary Wave Music Publishing has appointed Aimee Berger to the position of executive director of brand partnerships. Previously, Berger was an attorney for Warner Chappell Music Publishing, Island Records and Arista. She also founded the tour production firm Alternative Venue Entertainment and led the music management and consulting firm Two Generations. At Primary Wave she will seek new brand partnerships, with a focus on strategic song and artist marketing.
Additionally, Primary has appointed Seth Faber to director of marketing/artist development and Hadley Poole to director of marketing/brand partnerships. Faber will develop and execute marketing initiatives for Primary Wave artists including Jakob Dylan, Saving Abel and Albert Hammond Jr. He previously was manager of artist development/tour marketing at Island Def Jam Music Group, and before that coordinated A&R and marketing initiatives for RCA Music Group.
Poole will establish and manage brand relationships and partnerships for Primary Wave, as well as be responsible for developing and marketing the company's catalogues. Prior to Primary Wave, she served as manager of creative licensing for film/TV and advertising at the Orchard, and before that she headed the licensing division at Concrete Marketing/Warcon Records.
All three executives will be based in Primary Wave's New York office and will report to chief marketing officer Adam Lowenberg.
