MTV Exec To Exit For MySpace Music? October 30, 2008

Speculation over who may lead the new MySpace Music joint venture heated up after tech news site CNET reported that MTV digital executive Courtney Holt has been offered the position. Holt is executive VP of digital music and media, and formerly was the top digital executive at Interscope Records.
However the report said that Holt has not yet accepted the offer, making him one of many digital music figureheads who have reportedly been offered the role while it remains vacant. MySpace Music went live last month.
