Mexican superstar Alejandro Fernandez will be the featured artist at the Recording Academy?s first international Latin Grammy Artists Revealed show, taking place Sept. 1 in Mexico City. This is only the third Grammy Artists Revealed show, and the first one to take place outside of the U.S. Most recently, Melissa Etheridge performed last June at the Hard Rock Caf? in New York City.

The series, which launched in 2009 and features intimate concerts with major stars, is presented by MasterCard and open by invitation to MasterCard holders. The Fernandez show, which will take place at the Lunario at the Auditorio Nacional, will be taped and released as a DVD at the end of the year.
