Take 6 Inks With Heads Up

Crossover jazz label Heads Up International has added a cappella group Take 6 to its roster. The group's yet-untitled label debut is slated for August 2008.
Encompassing a mix of jazz standards and original songs, the upcoming album will feature singer Aaron Neville, among other guests. Take 6, co-founded by Brian McKnight's brother Claude, was established in the early '80s. Signed to Warner Bros.' Reprise label, the group released its first studio album in 1988.
