UMG Poised To Absorb Univision

Universal Music Group is expected to take over operations at Univision Music Group this Monday (May 5).
Earlier this year, Universal bid successfully to acquire Univision Music Group, the music division of Univision Communications. The acquisition was pending regulatory approvals, which have now been granted. Executive appointments ar expected to be announced immediately.
