Contemporary gospel trio Trin-i-tee 5:7 is hitting the promotional trail in support of the Sept. 30 release of “T57 Deluxe Edition" (Spirit Rising/Music World/Fontana).

This enhanced version of the group’s Dove Award-winning 2007 studio album “T57” features three new songs: the Rodney Jerkins-produced first single “Get Away,” the Armando Colon-produced “It Wasn’t Me” and “You’re Holy,” produced by Alabama-bred Music World in-house producers The Bamaz. Rounding out the deluxe edition videos for “Listen” and “I Will Lift.”

“We want to make sure our music includes all of who we are,” says Chanelle Haynes, who, together with Angel Taylor and Adrian Anderson, comprises the singing and songwriting trio.

“Some people say you have to be one thing or the other; that you can’t be 117 pounds, wear lashes and heels and still love God. But we include our lifestyle with our relationship with God to give a balanced perspective of who we are.”

Between now and Nov. 1, Trin-i-tee 5:7 will be making appearances in various markets, ranging from New York, Dallas and Los Angeles to Daytona Beach, Fla., and Atlanta.

Upcoming performances include “The Declaration of Praise” tour in Daytona Beach (Oct. 5) and Sheryl Lee Ralph’s 18th annual Divas Simply Singing! AIDS fundraiser in Los Angeles on Oct. 11.
