Evergreen Signs BeBe Winans To Publishing Deal January 12, 2009

Evergreen Copyrights has signed an exclusive worldwide publishing deal with BeBe Winans, the R&B and gospel songwriter and artist. The deal includes new songs for Winans' upcoming reunion album with CeCe Winans as well as songs on two other forthcoming albums, "Orchestral Truth" and a new gospel record.
The deal includes a single Winans most recently co-wrote, "Right Now (We Need One Another)," which was recorded by himself with Vince Gill, Wynonna Judd and CeCe Winans.
Winans, a recipient of four Grammy Awards, ten Dove Awards, six Stellar Awards, two NAACP Awards and a Soul Train Award, began his career as a background singer for his famous brothers, the Winans, before teaming with sister CeCe Winans in 1987, resulting in a number of hit albums.
In a joint statement, co-CEOs and co-founders of Evergreen, Richard Perna and David Schulhof, called Winans "a multi-faceted talent and a superior songwriter. We look forward to working with him as his publisher with several exciting new projects for 2009."
